May I recommend reading some Psalms, and let it speak to you. It will help with learning flow. Also, poetry, for me, comes when I listen to the world around me and observing. Try finding a quiet place and just letting your inside speak. Really soft music helps too.

2. My blog name comes from a song by John Mark McMillian, called Carbon Ribs. But, yes, Mephiboshesh is exactly how I react to Jesus’ love for me with Cerebral Palsy, too.
